• Account Information: your name and email address collected when you register via email or third-party authentication.
• Uploaded Content: images you upload for prompt analysis. These are processed to generate prompts and display preview thumbnails.
• Generated History & Usage Data: prompts generated, account plan status, and history entries saved to your user account database.
• Payment Data: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number — only your subscription status and billing tier.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and optimize prompt generation features.
• To process subscription billing and enforce monthly prompt quotas based on your tier.
• To store your saved prompt history in your account dashboard.
• To respond to customer support requests and prevent system abuse or rate-limit violations.

4. Sharing of Information & AI Processing

We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Third-Party AI Providers: uploaded images and prompt inputs are transmitted via secure API to AI model providers (including Google, OpenAI, and Adobe) solely to analyze images and construct prompts. Data sent via these official enterprise APIs is not used by third parties to train their AI models.
• Payment Processors: Stripe securely handles payment processing and subscription billing.
• Hosting & Infrastructure: cloud hosting and database providers that securely host our web infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention & Image Storage

• Original Images: high-resolution uploaded images are automatically purged from our servers within 24 hours of processing.
• Thumbnails & Prompt History: a compressed preview thumbnail and prompt recipe are retained in your account database so long as they remain in your active History.
• Account Deletion: if you delete a prompt item or close your account, associated history and thumbnails are permanently erased from our database.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, update, or request complete deletion of your personal information. You can delete individual items or clear your entire history directly from the History page at any time. For full account deletion requests, reach out via our Contact page.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your information both in transit and at rest. Payment data is protected under Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute system security.
